If you're going to sell your house using a real estate agent, you will need to sign a listing agreement. We're pretty proud of ours, we think it is straight-forward and fair to everyone.
Houses.Direct Listing Agreement
Got questions? Want a current version of our listing agreement to consider? Let us know!!
Check out any other real estate agent's listing agreement (it will be an NWMLS form). You'll see. There is a bunch of stuff in there to protect the agent and the real estate firm.
Every other Listing Agreement pays a Buyer Commission
Worst of all, you'll have to agree to pay a buyer's agent. The official MLS rule is that a commission greater than zero must be offered. But guess what? That commission always ends up being 3%. So you'll end up paying every other real estate broker a whole lot more money than what you'll pay us.
